They were so nice to work with and they all did an amazing job. It started with Alex who came out to our home and explained their products thoroughly and answered all of our questions. Then moved to Jake who came out to take measurements of everything that needed to be done. Then finished with the actually installation of our huge new garden window in the kitchen, encasement window in the living room and 3 new double hung windows throughout the home. They were all friendly, professional and really just a joy to work with. We have more windows to replace and will definitely be choosing ARC to finish our project.

Had a great experience with ARC....Jack came out, was very professional and explained everything. Showed me my options for shingles and helped me pick out what was best for my roofing job. 12 days later my roof was complete :) Jack called, followed up to make sure things went smooth and check to see if I had any questions....would totally recommend ARC for any roofing needs. Quick, professional and reasonably priced.

Alex did an outstanding job being very thorough in explaining , and showing us in detail all about the quality of windows that he represents. Alex showed us the differences in other windows.
He was very professional, and patient.
I would recommend Arc to my friends, and family.
Alex made sure that we understood everything before we signed any paper work
It was a great experience to have someone like Alex be our guide in this big investment.

This experience has been a nightmare. Sam came to our home with a very convincing presentation about their quality of work. We have had them scheduled to repair our roof twice and twice they have not shown up. Don't worry all the materials have been in our yard for a week. I am furious and will never hire them again.

**UPDATE**
I will say I am impressed with the genuine concern we were shown since posting this review. We were issued a personal (and in person) apology. It feels good to have someone say "this should not have happened" and really listen to our concerns instead of sweeping it under the rug. I DO believe, and have from day 1, that they offer the best quality windows and warranty; and (now) I believe that they put real effort into their customer service. While I don't know if we'd chance doing further work with them, they have proven they care, they listen, and they work to make it right when things are legitimatey wrong. And those qualities go a long way and say a lot about the character of a company.

My husband and I are first time home owners who chose to work with ARC for our first major renovation - windows. After a well-laid-out and convincing presentation we signed on the dotted line to have our original-to-home 1937 windows replaced.
Since I've had multiple conversations already directly with the company I'll post the shortened version here... We've experienced everything from crew showing up without notice to having dates change 3-4 times in a single day to our windows being measured wrong by a project manager and having to be reordered.
Bottom line here, ARC began installing our windows in early March - it's May 16th the final details have yet to be finished.
While I won't go as far as to say the company is crooked (because I simply don't believe that), I will say they have some major communication break downs that affect how they provide customer service. And for the price we paid and the headache we've had, it's unacceptable.
