We purchased a new Amana furnace and AC in May. We were very impressed with the knowledge and honesty of the salesperson, and the installation was done quickly and efficiently. The installers were careful to cover carpet and to clean up any mess from the removal of the old units and the installation of the new. From start to finish this was a good experience.

The air conditioning specialist arrived exactly on time. He checked out the system and later explained everything that he found. He had a positive attitude and really seemed to like his job. It is employees like him and the service that they provide that keeps us coming back to TriCity for all our heating and air conditioning needs.

Karl was the man who serviced my furnace he was very nice and very professional and he answered every question I had. He had to come back a few times (not his fault) but he worked really hard and finally figured it out. I am very happy with Karl and the service.
