I got service with Aristotle Inc after using Dish internet when I moved.  The sales person told me that if moved, and Aristotle did not have service in that location, I could cancel my service.  Contacting them is difficult but I corresponded through EMail and messaging on their phone system.  I canceled in May of 2017 when I got a different job and moved out of state.  I called.  I sent emails.  OVER AND OVER AND OVER.  The company continually sent me bills of which I continually responded to.  NOW I got a letter from a collection agency that says that I owe them money.  I am livid.  DO NOT  USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SERVICE.  The service people are really good and capable.  THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE HORRID.

We have been with Aristotle a few years and when we first started out with them they were pretty good service for what we had.   A couple years they said they was changing out a bunch of equipment and we would be able to increase our speed from what we had.  If they change the equipment, it has been more up and down with the new equipment than with the old equipment.   My dad liked going with this company because they were local and you could at first get a hold of somebody quicker than with at&t who only provided us with dial up or maybe a small wireless internet package.   At this point our neighborhood is just hoping the fidelity people are about to start providing us with cable and internet.

Internet is slow always goes down, when it goes down tech support is always unavailable. When they are available they have to escalate to Tier 2, and Tier 2 "Ron" never calls back. Worst internet service ever!

I have had Aristotle for 13 yrs in Mabelvale and lately it is just horrible.  Never connected.  It's on and off, more off than on.  Last several months I have had to pay my cell phone provider for overage of my data use because my internet is constantly not working.  Very unhappy.  My neighbor has already left them and I am seriously considering looking for something else.  Going to call them to see if anything can be done to better my service otherwise I'm out.
