Data overage charges are much too high, especially when compared to Comcast's own cost.

Horrible experience ! We order a motem and internet services and we picked it up wensday , got home could not get the services activated and the lady told us we would have to pay extra out of pocket expenses to get a technician to come out when its not our problem that its not working . then it was going to take a week for a technician to come out when the xfinity place is not even a mile from our home horrible i wouldnt recommend this service to anyone btw.

Company is rediculous. Im spending $240/month just for my service to work when it wants. Im on my 3rd day with no service. Service tech was scheduled to come to my house and never showed but claimed nobody answered the door. My wife was home the whole time. People on the phone said they were sending the guy right back. Still nowhere to be found. Guess its time to switch to att even tho they suck ass

Inadequate hours.  The employees are helpful and very nice but the company won't give them the juice.  So one can't accomplish much there if there are issues.
