As a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative our goal is to provide low-cost, value-added financial services to our members. This boils down to three things:

Very professional and explanatory. I highly recommend Patricia Estrada, she helped me and assisted me with setting up an account. Everyone was very respectful and professional. Didn't have a long wait time or anything. I recommend this bank to anyone looking to open a new checking or savings account.
I had a great experience opening up my first business account! Bobbie helped walk me through the steps and made it easy to get it done. I always have good service here and will continue banking here. Go see Bobbie if you need services, she's great!
I actually think the banker really did not want to work and kept saying we had to go to the App I asked can you do what we need she said no . You have to go to the app. I did explain to her I had trouble using the app and still you need to go to the app. I have been a member for a very long time and never had such an issue. I told her we usually go to deer valley branch and came Here because it's closer to what we need to do We still had to go to deer valley anyway to get done what we needed anyway I have never been so disappointed in my bank and will never go back to the northern branch again. Patricia was the bankers name and I usually don't complain but this was not okay I have also reported this to the main boss at the deer valley branch as well.
Closed my account needed account statements for tax purposes they gave me the statements with 0.00 then wanted to charge me. Told me it would be 2$ per month statement. Couldnt email it to me either said it was a charge to email my statements to me. Terrible service from opening the account when the guy thought he was doing me a favor but got charged a 5$ atm fee to get the account minimum back in cash which I never asked for it back in cash. Also they messed up my online account and gave me the wrong username and password so I had to call support and get it fixed.
Maureen and I have been members for 38 yrs and have conducted many banking transactions and always have Bobbie help us with our banking needs. She's knowledgeable, professional, and understands our needs each and every time. Her sincere, caring demeanor is what's missing in a lot of individuals these days. Bobbie is a true asset for the Arizona Financial Credit Union.
I was helped by Vanessa and I honestly couldn’t have met anyone nicer and more honest about the Arizona Financial business. She helped me with all of my questions and made it very clear that she will always be here to help me when I need it. I will definitely be coming back to see her again.
5 Stars to Zita, Personal Banker, for her assistance with navigating and escalating a request for payoff statements. Appreciated her extra efforts and follow through on my time sensitive matter. Staff like her is why I will choose to keep my account open.
The best branch in the valley!! Vanessa Rico for MVP, she stayed so professional and very positive during my loan approval. Thank you for everything.
Horrible experience. Closed out a loan and still got an auto payment pulled from my other bank. Called immediately was told 1 they don’t know when I’ll get my money back, couldn’t give me an estimate into that. 2 I would have to go online to turn off an auto payment, they help me set up over the phone for an account that had already been paid out. That’s not a small amount of money for me to not have for an unknown amount of time. do not recommend.
I have been a Member with AZFCU for 17 years so when I decided to start my own business they were the obvious choice for me. bobbi Solarez was incredible in going over my new account and service
