Went to another branch in a rush to get a temporary card as my debit card info was stolen last night. Was told I needed an appointment my fault but I needed a card ASAP as I had a medical appointment that day. I called this branch and DJ took care of me in record time. He’s the man. Thanks again DJ!

Been a customer of WF since 2009. Been in so many Branch stores of any other banks. First time meeting this kind of bs customer service and manager of the store. Asked for help, manager called for security!

worst teller I ever experienced. After deposit, asked for some rolls of changes. She gave me a 50 cents coin and refused to change 50 cent coin to 2 quarters. Never coming back to this branch again.

Wells Fargo is not giving adequate service during the Pandemic. One would think that after two months they could give better service and advice. I’m disgusted.
