Come on Wells Fargo. You can do better than this. The wait times and Customer Service are in desperate need of help here. Jennifer at the Drive Through window needs some serious training on working with customers. With Employees like her your not going to have any customers to serve.
one of the worst one,, can't believe that I had to be waiting in line almost 45 minutes to make a car payment. only 2 windows open at this time of the morning with 17 persons waiting in line.
Have absolutely no concept of time. You can bet you will wait at least 25 min in drive thru know matter what time/ day to just deposit a check even if your 1 car behind. Always have 1 person working. It's ridiculous.
they REFUSED to break change for a 100 dollar bill just because I don't have an account there. or even sell a roll of quarters? they don't care about the customer, just themselves. after the breach that compromised my information I closed my account. they clearly haven't changed.
Went into WF with a few questions about my account and left with tons of exciting information. Nadia was very professional and polite. She educated me on things i had no idea about. Thanks again for all the help. Because of Nadia I'll be driving 20 miles to visit this branch should i need more assistance.
Employees are lazy. Only 2 tellers were open while 4 stood around and did nothing! They only tried hard to get anyone and everyone out of line so they could do even less work!
Is bad costumer service no people work here and they know is a big line and they talk and talk omg they are doing customer services on front and take 30 min for person that not good
