Great job! Very professional. I wish I could give 6 stars to Jack Randall (Arizona Home Inspections, LLC). He has performed inspection and re-inspection for my home purchase in Oro Valley and walked me through each and every section. Jack’s carried out a very thorough inspection of the house and provided very detailed inspection reports the day of the inspection. Jack is always on-time, he's very responsive to calls and texts, and I'd happily work with him again. On top of that, he stood up for me against my realtor whenever there were conflicts. I highly recommend Jack Randall for anyone who wants fast and thorough results with excellence in customer service.

Mr. Randall had done the inspection for me earlier today. As a first time home buyer, I'm extremely cautious about who I should do business with. My realtor had recommended this company to do the inspection. To my surprise, it went very smooth but at the same time extremely thorough. My inspector was very friendly and was more than happy to have me follow him around and ask questions. He seemed like he genuinely cared about the property I was looking in to! 10/10 would hire again!

Scott came out to inspect the home my husband and I are buying and did a fantastic job! He immediately introduced himself, was very friendly and made us feel comfortable with the inspection process and with asking questions. This being our first home, he even answered questions we didn't know we had. After the inspection was through he explained, very clearly, what was found and welcomed us to contact him if we had any questions or concerns about the report at a later time. All in all we had an excellent experience with Arizona Home Inspection LLC by Jack Randall and appreciate their help and professionalism.

Well worth the money. We had a home built in a Green Valley subdivision and we were concerned about the quality of the work. Scott came out and spent 4 hours going over everything with a fine tooth comb and had a comprehensive report with pictures. We are extremely satisfied with his inspection and findings.

My current home purchase is not my first, however, it is the first time I feel that I really know what I am getting. That is thanks to Jack Randall and his meticulous approach to home inspection. Jack is personable, informative and very easy to work with. I highly recommend working with AZ Home Inspection!
