At Home

I love this store. It had everything and anything you could possibly want for your home.. I only gave it 4 stars because it's very hard to find an employee to help you with anything unless you walk to one of the registers to ask for help.. It sends as if they are short staffed when it comes to customer service. I actually saw a good sized puddle of blood on the floor one day when we walked in by the back register at the inside of the mall's entrance and told the employee at the register when I was checking out an hour later it was still there and she went to clean it up herself after a child almost stepped in it.

Good place for just about anything for the home. Unfortunately, their picture frame selection has gone downhill a bit and don't get me started on the mess of clearance sections that are supposed to have a red mark on the price tag to indicate it is really on sale.

2 stars only because staff was nice. I recently bought an $80 Buddha fountain that came broken. Went back to exchange and had no problem getting another one. New one came unbroken (great!) however, did not come with the correct pump! I spent 20 mins trying to figure out why the pump that was provided did not match the pictures in the instructions. I hooked it all up anyway because I figured I could live without the light (At Home is not exactly close to where I live, and I didn't want to return AGAIN to exchange), but the pump was so loud I couldn't even hear the running water. So, I will be returning yet again to either get the correct pump, or a refund.

Excellent household decorations store with everything I needed for a nautical themed bathroom makeover.only down all was it's in a mall and has two entrances yet only 1 set of cashier checkouts located by the exterior exit to the outside...it could really use another set by the mall exitway as well....

We love this store for quick and inexpensive furniture, rug, and other home items. If you are a realtor, I'm sure this store is perfect for staging homes. It has everything for a home in the mid-quality range at awesome prices. The staff is always friendly, too!
