If you are considering working with Arizona T-shirt Factory, I guarantee after you read this you will reconsider. I was a customer here for over three years and have spent in total close to $3,000 with them. I have finally said enough is enough. Their customer service is absolutely disgraceful. I run an apparel business and I depend on them to deliver my items in time so that I can deliver to my customers. Also I work a full-time job. In the beginning they had decent quality, great cost and were dependable. But about a year or so ago things went downhill. There are two owners and there is constant miscommunication between the two of them. One will tell me a time and the other would tell me another time. On google, it shows that they are open 8am-2pm Mon – Thurs. This is FALSE. I have received an email numerous times stating that my order would be ready at a certain day and time and then I arrive before 2pm and nobody is there. Once I left my full-time job to pick up my order since that was the only time I could and I arrived (again before 2pm) and nobody was there. I called the store multiple times because if I couldn’t pick up that day, I would have to wait another 4 days. I got no answer. I called the second owner’s cell phone and he ignored me. I had to send an email stating that I would cancel my order immediately, just to even get an email back about it! Their quality has gone down and their prices have gone up. If you print with them, I process you will regret it.

My organization has been using this team for several years for orders of 50 to 130 shirts. This was my second year working with them and I picked up my order this morning, completed on time and with the great quality I expected. The order process was made easily by the online display of shirt and color choices. After a phone conversation to tee up the order, all subsequent communications handled conveniently by email. Quality, price, convenience and order time combine to yield great value with AZ T-shirt.

What an awesome company, initially started with a phone call to their customer service department, then a few e-mail communications back and forth...resulting in a professional, full custom logo design layout for our initial order. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom work tailored to your specific needs if you are starting out without a plan, color choices or design...their team put together a fantastic starting platform for our order...after completing the design aspects of our order, we visited their showroom and selected a very high quality "safety orange" long sleeved comfortable cotton shirt for our landscaping company client...final printing and production was right on schedule with the finished end result making our clients entire crew look totally amazing and professional while at work, the Arizona T Shirt Company clothing holds up great under very rigorous daily work activities 6-days a week as well as the harmful beating U.V.L. sunshine that fades almost everything here in Sunny Hot AZ...We have re-ordered very large orders multiple times since we first met this great AZ based t-shirt company several years ago with our initial screen printing order...you will not be disappointed !!!
