Beautiful store. I honestly didn't know there where any JCPenney left in the valley until I ordered online! Easy, fast pick up of online order with no shipping fees. Will definitely do that again!

Nice store. I bought a bunch of things for a wedding. But returned it all except for a hat. I found a way better deal on similar items down at SteinMart. I got some feathers on clearance at Michael's, stuck them in the hat & dressed for the wedding. I looked sharp and my hat was a hit! I got tons of compliments on it! Yay!

Went to Sephora... Staff is very helpful and kind.. bought two lipsticks and the young lady had tried to add my points to my account. For some reason my account kept rejecting my information. The young lady gave me a number to call. I was very happy with the service.

Nice clothes. Variety. Big store. Messy though especially in men's department. Two cashiers and one was tied up with a problem. Took too long to pay for merchandise. Clean bathroom.
