I love there dress pants but the customer sevice is horrid. I seriously had one girl sit and talk to her friend for 30 minutes instead of manning the register. Also the store is often unorganized.

Typically shopping here one can have an OK experience but this tone was changed by the friendliness and professionalism of Russelle. She is attentive, knowledgeable, upbeat and has a very what- can- I- do- for- you attitude. I am very pleased to see her when I go there. I never took such an interest in the store until she gave that personal shopper experience. Hope I see her every time!!!

I was pressured to upsale at the register every step of the way, which made my experience at this New York and Co. very unpleasant. Because of all the sales tactics and the snail-like checkout speed, the checkout process ended up taking 15 minutes. Try shopping elsewhere if you want to leave the store in good spirits.
