Name Brand Exchange

This store would be absolutely phenomenal if the customer service wasn’t so god awful. Upon walking in, the employees don’t even acknowledge you. I went to trade some items and they said nothing to me and just spoke amongst themselves and acted like I was nothing. I have worked retail for 15 years and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It’s really unfortunate, because this store has so much potential and would probably make killer sales if their employees were somewhat decent. There are so many reviews about how horrible the employees are here, you think that the manager of the store would acknowledge these bad reviews and do some reprimanding or even firing of employees. What a disappointment, like I said, this store has so much potential if the manager would hire some decent employees.

Don't waste your time here. They told me they buy major brands you found find in the mall. I came in with GAP, Old Navy, Forever 21 ladies clothes, and even a Kate Spade purse and they said nothing was "recent" enough, though it was all in good condition. They bought nothing from me. I guess they don't like Kate Spade after all.

Super cute items and took a jacket and a few tops... some items brand new with tags and she didnt take. Idk.. oh well

You guys are my new drug!!! Love the place and prices what I pay for one shirt at the mall I get 2 bags of top names like new merchandise!!! Thanks big time. Your employees are hit and miss but with what you save its worth it.

Good items..shopped here before many times...but its been awhile. Only seems like theyve decided to up the prices a good bit..and considering they pay pennies on the dollar..well..just pretty expensive..54 00 for used jeans..??
