The worst place we have ever stayed. Dirty, smelly, over priced and run down. A disgrace to the lakes area. Sleep in your car and use a public shower you will be happier. doors do not fit properly bugs, mice small critters get in the place. No place to check in,,, a little old lady and a middle age woman and a 5 year old checked us in while sitting at a picnic table outside smoking,,,,,,a scruffy looking man barely opened the door and snatched the key from us when we checked out. No receipts and very rude would not take a check, debit card, or credit card quoted one price but charged another..Again save your money and sleep in your car and use a public bathroom.

The entire area gives a vibe like someone bought this area, brought in a bunch of ramshackle, barely finished sheds, and then expected the money to pour in. When it didn't, they stopped caring, as evidenced by the "for sale" sign right out front. What was wrong with it, you might ask? If the microwave and the coffee maker are on at the same time, the breaker is tripped and the entire kitchen goes dark, until you reach over the doorway and flip it. One of the "rooms" is front porch with a slanted floor, though the mattress is so stiff and lumpy you might not notice, especially with a lack of even sheets. Using the shower causes water to leak out across the entire bathroom floor, though you may be too busy elbowing the door and the sink simultaneously to notice because of it's closet like size. Of course, if you need more room, there are the communal bathrooms, with a lovely shower head attached to a tube, mounted on a bare concrete wall for that "someone had to put the lotion on their skin in here" vibe. You can find those as you walk past another small house about two feet away from your own, propped up on I Beams and little else. And it's just a stone's throw away from the go-kart tracks, so you can pretend the constant roar of tiny motors is the call of nature! And that call is "get out of this place before someone sneezes and knocks over every building around you."

Run down, outdated, overpriced and generally a terrible experience. Bring a tent you will be happier.
