I have been a client PMI for a couple years- always quick to communicate and respond and do a great job taking care of things. Even went out of their way to help me get a package that was delivered to my old address. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

1/5 would not recommend. PMI refused to work with my friend to get his $250 deposit back in time for him to help pay his deposit on a new place, and now he is potentially facing homelessness. I'm sure there are other places out there that treat their tenants better and will hold up their end of the lease.

PMI does not care about about it’s tenants. PMI took $250 from my friend's deposit. My friend needs that money to move into his new apartment, or he could potentially be on the street, but they refuse to give it back to him. I would recommend a company that treats their tenants better than that."

Don't recommend at all - PMI took $250 from my friend's deposit and he needs that money to move into his new apartment or could be on the street but they won't give it back to him. Use a company that treats their tenants better than that.
