I highly recommend Anastasia Cowen. She assisted me through a difficult and contentious child custody and child support case. She’s a “No BS” and a “cut to the chase” attorney. Anastasia is very generous and compassionate to her clients. She maximized our time strategizing before our court appearance. In family law court, Anastasia’s knowledge and personal relationship really assisted me in a positive outcome. Anastasia was very efficient with her involvement with the case to cut my costs, and she was helpful in directing me to gather documents and information for effective pleadings and our strategy for a final agreement. Anastasia Cowan has been helping me with my ongoing child custody case. She has been extremely helpful and has worked tirelessly to help me get my son back after he was taken out of state by his mother. Attorney Smith is amazing! He made sure I knew every scenario outcome that could happen in my case and made me feel confident. He does not allow the DA to jerk you around in court with continuations. If I ever needed him again (which I hope I don't) I would use him again.
