This law firm is exceptional. I received a call back from Mr. Powers within 15 minutes of making my original call to their office. Mr. Powers was extremely knowledgeable with an interstate compact issue that our client was facing. He took the time to explain the options available to our client as well making sure I understood the complexity of North Carolina DMV when dealing with out of state convictions for DUI/DWI. I definitely recommend Mr. Powers for all your legal defense needs.

Bill Powers did an amazing job working out my very first ticket which was speeding in a school zone. I was home for Christmas break and the speed limit on our street was changed while I was at school. So, I was pulled over in a school zone. The fine was very expensive, but Bill was able to work it out and we paid so much less and it didn't affect our insurance! Bill was so great to work with. He made us feel so comfortable and assured us everything would be ok...he was right! Thanks so much Bill and the team!

I'm a mom and a glitch at the country level of our court system required the need of an attorney right away. Bill Powers is incredible. Best attorney in Charlotte. He's responsive, sharp, timely & communicates timely. He's our go to attorney for my family forever. I highly recommend.
