Auger & Auger

If you would like to be treated with 100% disrespect, or talk to the most arrogant man alive please call Auger & Auger.  I called for a simple consultation, and before even one word came out of my mouth to this man, I was treated with the upmost disrespect that I have ever experienced. His name was Herb Auger. He immediately treated me as if I was beneath him, and an inconvenience to his schedule. The nature of my call was due to being viciously attacked by a dog, in which I was going to seek out his Professional Services. He repeatedly cut me off and spoke to me in a degrading manner. After speaking to him for approximately 5 minutes, I literally could not continue on with the conversation. I stopped the conversation and stated that i did not appreciate his terrible attitude. He then went on to act like a ridiculous child asking stating that I should accept his apology because he had somewhere else to be and he shouldn't have answered the phone. Not only is that completely unacceptable, but when you put your name on a business, you accept the responsibility of providing the upmost professionalism and courtesy. My only advice, from personal experience, is that if you in any way want to feel better about the probably already bad situation that you are in, DO NOT call this man. I usually never rate businesses due to the fact that you have to understand any day could be a bad day for an employee. But for a business owner, this leniency does not apply, especially to the extent of what happened to me today.

Awesome attitude. Spoke to Mr. Auger and his paralegal. Called about an issue that they couldn't handle because it was not injury related and they went out of their way to help me find a firm that handles the issue I was calling about. If they would go through that kind of trouble on something that they dont even handle, I can only imagine how good their service must be on their injury and accident cases. Thanks for taking the time to help guys.

Recently I was in a car accident and after a couple of days of being in pain, I realized that I needed representation. I was concerned because it took 3 days for my symptoms to show from the accident and I new that the other person's insurance company would argue my injuries was not accident related. Needless to say I was nervous and overwhelmed. Auger and Auger supported me through the whole process. I received phone calls and emails on a weekly bases.
