Dont trust them. They will say anything and management's side of it is, " if it isnt written, it isnt legally binding. " to the point where it cost me an extra $2500. Plus they raised everyone's rent to hire security, yet the security only lasted a month but rent never went back down. #shady from the top down!

Four years ago we moved here from Maine to spend time with our grandchildren. The Paddock Club is beautiful & maintained well. We use the playground, the pool and the pond works well for family photos! Management is very quick to fix maintenance problems which is great for us.
