Great atmosphere, great room, great service. Manager even upgraded us a room. Definitely was a great experience.
Cannot recommend, price is high for what it is/offers. There are many far better offerings.
I am very pleased and delighted with their friendly welcome and excellent manner. They never disappoint me because of my high hopes. The rooms were all very tidy and well ordered. Thank you so much for such a great service. It's highly recommended!
Clean. Friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable. I called to request early check in and was told I had to come to the hotel to see if the room was available, then pay the $50 fee if so. After traveling with young kids on the Amtrak in addition to it being my first time in NY, the run around was frustrating.
