Artistic Marble and Granite

A very good experience, price was competitive, scheduling and communications were great. Installation time and workmanship was excellent. Every one I spoke with at artistic marble was friendly and sincere. Friénds have used this business and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Great when kitchen counter top job can be completed with no issues. I would rate them 5/5.

So as a surprise Christmas gift for my husband, I asked Artistic Marble to make a marble top Bill was very responsive to all of my request. even hand-delivering the top to my son's apartment to ensure the surprise. The finish product was perfect and now this antique table has its marble top. Although mine was a small job, I was always treated like a preferred customer. I would highly recommend this vendor.

I cannot say enough good about this company. They provided me with the most beautiful countertops In granite and quartz that I could ever hope for. Bill, Steve, and Brent are very professional and pleasant to work with. They promised me great and provided EXTRAORDINARY! Product came before they promised and installation was impeccable. Ask to see how they engineer the bracing for the overhang directly into the bottom of the stone. I found no other company that used this method!

Bill met us at a granite warehouse and introduced himself. We were not looking for a installer at that time. He impressed us so much that we hired him to help us find the perfect piece for our kitchen. Given the parameters Bill found the perfect piece. Artistic Granite cut and installed in a very professional manner. Bill even picked out the sink again with our criteria and it has also been perfect. I would recommend Bill and Artistic Granite to anyone that is looking for a high end company.

Have no problem with the countertops, or the installation. The problem is with the time it took from when we ordered and how long it took to get installed. We were told it would be three to four weeks after the template was done and it ended up being 7 weeks. They sure cashed our deposit immediately after template was done. Communication was poor, no call from them,, we had to call and ask why the delay. After installation we did not receive any call or follow up from them to see if we were happy. Feel the customer service is poor and communication is lacking. would not recommend them and would not use them again.

Had our granite kitchen countertops installed last Friday by Artistic. The granite is beautiful and the showroom did not do this justice! We are blown away by the beauty of this granite. The guys at Artistic were here when they said they would be and took about two hours on install. They were even nice enough to hook some of the plumbing connections, even though they say upfront they don't do that. I have four stars because we changed from over mount sink to undermount and it was an additional $200 for the polished cutout on the sink hole; we had misunderstood and thought that was included in the total estimate. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the misunderstanding was ours. I had read online that some people didn't like the edge on the suede/leather finish and said it came out glossy or polished looking. The installer said that was because the sueding wasn't done right. Our edge looks the same as the entire top. The whole point for us was to have a finish that is a little different and not look like everyone else's. I would recommend this company because I felt their price was good; we were lucky to find this piece as a remnant, so I feel we got a more expensive granite for a lower price. It ended up being about $70/sf installed. The install was timely and smooth and the guys didn't leave a mess in our house. We love our new countertops!!

I love my new granite countertops! Beautifully crafted, easy team to work with. Very professional and fast. Their experience and pride in craftsmanship is evident.

After 3 years of business with Steven I had 1 check returned by mistake. A clerical error was made. While I was attending a funeral Steven called me threating my bodily harm and said he would be coming to find me and I would not like what I get. This is not a professional way to do business. I called the police and am pressing charges for the threats. He left this on voicemail. Very disappointing.

Artistic Marble and Granite is perfect to work with. Our granite countertops are great. Their quality and craftsmanship cannot be beat.

Artistic has done all the granite counter tops in our house and their product is flawless plus they're a bunch on nice guys...highly recommended!
