Granite Transformations of Indianapolis

Our countertops are absolutely GORGEOUS! What a “transformation!” John and Dan were our installers, and they did a wonderful job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! You may want to request John and Dan to do your install!

John installed new counter tops and new backsplash in my kitchen this week. I LOVE them. He did a WONDERFUL job and I recommend him to Everyone thinking about having new tile and counter tops installed!!!!!! Did I say I LOVE them????? Riley, the sales person, was nice to work with, too. Thank you

We are very happy with our new counter tops from Granite Transformations. It turned out just like we wanted. Our installer Dustin did a great job. He arrived on time and was very professional.

All the staff with whom we worked including Cathy for the estimate, the template measurer, and John and Kayley who did the installation were professional and courteous. The installers took time to do a couple of extras to help us out and did a nice job cleaning up when finished. And our counter tops are a definite improvement to our kitchen.

Granite Transformations of Indianapolis are top notch professionals! Kayley, my installer, showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed my project as scheduled. I found her to be very knowledgeable, professional and extremely organized. Granite Transformations of Indianapolis does business with the utmost integrity; I highly recommend them.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had working with a supposed professional company!! I was told that experienced people would be doing the job and they sent a young lady by herself to do the job. This was her first job on her own. She came with the man who measured and was being trained, so I knew she was new!! When I questioned her about what I was told in the consultation about experienced people with years of training doing the job the young lady went out in the car and called her superior who called me while she was sitting in the car and informed we that I had made her cry? I tried to explain that that was not my intent, but to clarify what was told to me in my consultation. He then said that he would allow her to do his house and that if I didn’t let her do the job then it would be another 3-4 months before they could do it. Will say that the young lady did I a good job of sanding the old cabinets. Another experienced man came to do the jobs that she was unable to do like the molding etc.. The job was delayed due to personal reasons like the young lady had to take her child somewhere and another occasion arriving late because she didn’t have the company car so equipment didn’t fit in her car. When the cabinets were going up there was one cabinet door missing. Had to wait for a couple of weeks for the new to come in. When the last cabinet arrived it was damaged, so here we go again waiting for another cabinet. It’s been several weeks and no word until last week I get a email and a call asking for the balance!! The woman on the called said that she wasn’t aware that the job was not complete and would get back to me. At this point I’m angry!! The job was not finished and you are asking for the balance?? They wanted me to pay the balance while I was waiting for the missing cabinet. I refused because of my experience with other companies not coming back after they got their money! They were not happy, but we agreed to a small balance to be paid at completion. They emailed me and asked if the director could come and work on the cabinets? I emailed back and asked that he call me about questions and concerns? He just showed up without an appointment which was irritating I work nights as a nurse and was sleeping. He put the new cabinet up which must have just been sitting in the shop since the only reason they looked for it was I refused to pay the balance! I asked for some type of compensation due to all the inconsistencies and inconvenience that I had endured and he could only give me $100 off of an $11,000 job!!! He states that everyone just wants money as a compensation and I asked what else was there that he could offer? He had no reply…. They act like they are desperate for money and that is the bottom line for them! Not customer satisfaction or what can we do to make you happy within reason? Asked about that and again no answer…. I wish that I had gone with another company!! The cabinets themselves don’t look bad, but my personal experience dealing with this company was awful!! Please If you use this company please be very specific about who is doing the work and ask for grantees in writing! Also, don’t pay them all the money until the job is complete!!! You may never see them again or at least that was my experience.

Our experience has been REAL bad! I wish I could give 0 STARS. I am going to try to list all the issues that we have experienced with Granite Transformations. -Our cabinets are already PEELING OFF in areas within a week of installation! -The fitting under the cabinets isn't secured to the cabinet and is just hanging down -We were sold a breakfast bar. When they got here for installation, the breakfast bar was measured incorrectly and we waited 3months for the new one. When they came 3 months later the craftsman said he could not install it safely in our home. Why did we wait three months for them to tell us this?? - Our drawer faces were measured incorrectly and did not fit - Some of our cabinet doors were measured incorrectly and didn't fit -The craftsman did a sloppy job on the drywall and patching up the areas they took down for the backsplash -Our backsplash grout was horrible. Lots of cracks and holes and smeared everywhere across the backsplash -Our backsplash was cracked -The caulking job was sloppy -They only have 1 guy in all of Indiana that does the counter tops -The customer service has been HORRIBLE. We are usually ignored when we have reached out. We wait days/weeks for a response. If it weren't for the original sales person, I don't think anyone would have responded! We were told by our sales rep that this project would be complete by Thanksgiving and its late February and THEY STILL AREN'T done! They are aware of all of these issues and have made no real effort to make this right for us with the exception of continuing to extend the project further to fix their mistakes -ONLY for things to always be worse when they leave. I loved the concept of what GT is doing to reface kitchens, but their execution here in Indianapolis is HORRIBLE. I would not recommend working with this team unless you want to be stressed, inconvenienced, and underwhelmed with results.

I am so pleased with my counter tops. They are more beautiful than i expected. The entire process was very professional from Cathy who helped me with ordering, Mike that kept me informed as to the steps in the process and John my installer. He did an excellent job, explaining how things were done. He made sure to clean up after the job was done, and explained the care and cleaning of the counters. I will be recommending your company to family and friends. Thank you.

We are extremely pleased with our decision to choose Granite Transformations for our remodel. From sales, showroom, and scheduling, they are professional. Dustin our installer was amazing. He was timely, cleaned daily, checked in timing and satisfaction daily. He was respectful of our house and finished ahead schedule. Thank you!
