Arvada Green

Moved in on Monday - so far, so great! There were some slight issues with our apartment, but everything has already been fixed or will be fixed. Apartment is in great shape, not too much noise from the neighbors, maintenance is nice and professional, and I hope it stays this way!

It's alright. Good for the price but they have a serious roach problem. The electrical sockets are all loose and nothing stays plugged in. The water also goes from scalding hot to freezing in the shower.

This place had the best maintenance when David worked for them. He brought a professional touch and always treated our needs with respect and importance.

Never got security deposit back. Not worth trying to fight them for a few bucks. Don't rent here. So many negative reviews and they can't all be wrong.
