Great place to live! Amazing staff. The amenities are the best in Arvada. Kuddos to the management!!

Don’t move here. They refuse to put cameras or lock codes on the doors. 5 cars have gotten tires slashed in the last week right in front of buildings. This place eats your money and then laughs at you when you ask for help.

Moved into solana last april and have absolutely fell in love! Shae, Kate, and Ashley are always so sweet and helpful, aswell as the rest of the amazing staff. Cant beat the amenities or the location either. Olde town is a giant hub for amazing restaurants and progressive little shops.

We love it here! We love the staff they are always so nice and quick to respond. The pool is so amazing to have and the hot tub. The dog park is the best for our family!

Overall, we really enjoy living at Solana. The staff has been great and we love the amenities and can't wait to be able to use them again. The maintenance team is also great. After living in a house for 28 years, the adjustment to apartment living has been pretty good.
