The management team has been fantastic, the location is great, and the building is very well kept. Specifically, thank you to Marina and Devyn for keeping everything moving! Hector has been fantastic-- always responding to any problem big or small with great courtesy and professionalism. It's a fantastic community!

We have lived here a year and what a terrific experience! The Maintenance Team is amazing and so friendly. The office staff is prompt and helpful too. The quality is great and the proximity to everything in Arvada is a bonus. Highly recommend!

Marina has been such a pleasure to work with as a property manager. All questions were all answered thoroughly and promptly, and overall always felt like I was more than a resident but rather an actual member of the Park Place community. My time there was so enjoyable and I’ll always miss my first home away from home! Thank you!

I made a decision on leasing here on a whim. I hadn't even toured the place. I don't recommend doing this. I had Brandon walk around the apartment on FaceTime. I have made many snap decisions and this has turned out to be one of the better ones. Only complaint is that my dog hasn't won pet of the month. picture attached

We just moved into a one bedroom unit and we’re loving it! Great floor plan, hardwood floors, big kitchen, big bathroom, and the amenities in the building are amazing. Brandon helped us through the application process, he was extremely kind, professional, and did a great job making us feel welcome!
