Our experience in Ashley Home was very pleasant and enjoyable. That is due to our sales associate. His name was Ryan, he was extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable on all the items. Zero pressure. Best customer service I have had in a long time. You definitely need to keep him. The YELLOW LIGHTS were HORRIBLE. Needs to be changed IMMEDIATELY!!!

My mom and I stopped by the store yesterday (May 22nd). We were quickly greeted by Jeffery, who is very friendly and knowledgeable. We walked around looking for a living room set that I had originally seen online. After not being able to find it in the store, I asked Jeffery if he was familiar with the set and he informed me that they had already taken the set off of the floor. We discovered that they did have a love seat in the clearance section that someone had returned that was a part of the set, so I was able to sit on it and get a feel of the material and size. Jeffery helped me order the living room set and a dining room table that I also loved. He was very helpful throughout the entire experience. This was my first time furniture shopping and, so far, it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend that you shop here.

Chris was so wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable about furniture & is so talented at piecing things together and being able to see my vision. Chris did not hover, allowed us to have our space when trying things out & gave his opinion very gracefully at the right moment. I never felt pressured by him, but felt supported and well cared for. I will be a long time customer of his and will go back to Ashley because of him.

I had the BEST 1st time experience buying furniture here! Chris was very helpful and knows his stuff! He went above and beyond to help me out with everything! I will definitely be coming back and asking for him for future purchases! Everyone in the store was awesome and great to us! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

We have been shopping at Ashley Furniture for years and have always had great service. However, today we experienced the highest level of customer service from Jeff, the sales associate at the North Charleston store. Jeff was instrumental in helping us pick out specific items for each room of our new condo. He went above and beyond in helping us match colors, patterns, and designs. On several occasions he moved furniture to help us get a better idea of how pieces would look with each other and even moved some pieces to more favorable lighting. During the sales process he made us feel very comfortable, as if we were the only customers in the store, and it was evident that he actually cared!
