Matthew Brown assisted me today in the store he was fantastic from beginning to end. I would recommend him to any and everyone. He is super friendly and is truly interested in helping you find your dream furniture! I bought a couch and love seat it was a wonderful price. Everyone was super sweet Ashley furniture is the way to go!

We had a great experience buying a queen size mattress set. Jamario Simmons was our first contact by phone before visiting the store. He was a very professional, friendly and NOT pushy salesperson. That first phone contact is so important because we felt we had someone who would work with us! If we need anything in the future, we will certainly go back to Ashley Home Furniture and ask for Jamario. The delivery went well too with Ashley's system contacting us to make certain things were progressing smoothly.

Deanna is awesome!! She spent a lot of time with us and was able to get us an amazing deal on a beautiful couch and chair and a half. Would definitely recommend and will purchase from her in the future!

Jan Preston, with Ashley furniture in Florence SC, was the representative who assisted me today. She was very professional with excellent customer service skills. She was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. It was refreshing to be treated with respect and made to feel I was her priority as the consumer.
