Hines Furniture of Columbia

Purchased a sofa and chair on 3/10. Took chair home, sofa to be delivered on 3/19. In 3/11 I calmed the store to reporr problems with base cushion. Finally sat in the chair to watch TV. On Saturday, Cushion kept sliding out from the base. Cushions for base and back was fluffy, after two hours bough cushions were flat. Chair is simply uncomfortable. This seat has caused back and leg pain by cresting pressure pain. The furniture look good, but it is poorly made. The brand I purchased is not a brand they have on their official website.

From experience I would not recommend to shop at this location, The customer Service here is disgraceful, I had to encounter a sales representative (Kyle-African American older male) whom fail greet me upon entry and immensely failed to execute customer service. I then had to ask for assistance when I wanted to inquire about a item, being the only customer in the store the remark that was given to me was “for what”, once I stated he did not seem to want to help me, the sales representative said well ma’am you walked into here like you did not want to speak. Appalled in the behavior and how a potential customer is treated, I declined the poor service and encourages those to whom pratices respect for the individual.

Great location, selection, and customer service. I was helped by Kyle who was very professional, courteous, and helpful. Will definitely visit again soon for more furniture.

My aunt bought a Catnapper recliner 13 months ago, a spring is coming through the seat, they said it is out of warranty nothing they will do. She is going back to La-Z-Boy in Lexington to get her moneys worth and a real warranty.
