Value City is so fortunate to have three outstanding employees representing their company.Chris, Justin and Sonny delivered our furniture and set it up and showed me how it works!. Not only did they do a fantastic job putting together our entertainment center, they were thoughtful, personable and professional I'll definitely go back to Value City to purchase more items for our home. The entertainment center is gorgeous, but the 3 employees that delivered to us was the icing on the cake!

Nice furniture at an affordable price. Kind and helpful staff. Very easy delivery. Chris, Sonny and Justin delivered a dining room set for my mother. They were quick, efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Justin and James were on time with their furniture delivery and showed up exactly when they said they would. They were able to move the large, wood dresser within just a few minutes and placed it exactly where I needed them to without any problem even though they had to maneuver through a small hallway. Both gentleman were very curteous and had excellent manners. Great job! Thank you again. The lady who helped me and my husband pick out the piece, Vanessa, was also super polite and didn’t bombard us like some salespeople do. Vanessa was very attentative but also allowed me and my husband to think through our decision before coming to a conclusion without pressuring us. Once we made up our mind, she placed our order in a timely manner and answered any questions we had. Awesome job, Vanessa!

My experience 4 years ago was pleasant enough with reassurance that buying a bonded leather couch is just as good as buying an authentic one. They also got me to buy an extended 5 year warranty where they would send someone out to repair and peeling or cracking. Well, they didn’t repair the couch but offered instead to give me 40% off on my next couch. I don’t think I’ll do business with a company that sells an extended warranty and doesn’t make good on it other than prorate it for a discount.

Very courteous. Made sure I check out furniture; all looks good. Asked where I wanted each piece. Although they called just 5min before delivery window expired; they still made it on time. Derrick and James made sure to point out at least one thing fir me about each piece - which I found very helpful. Excellent delivery.
