The Tyndall Furniture in Fort Mill is great! Sheila is absolutely wonderful! She really took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend.

Me & my wife came to this store by accident & we went inside. John Dixon was an amazing salesman. He explained so well & made as feel comfortable. Amazing customer service that he provided. We bought a mattress from him. There should be more salesman like him!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! After pay Ing over $4000 for a sectional one of the springs snapped and had to be repaired. Technician came out on Feb. 2nd and said he would order parts and would be back when they came in. It will take about 2 weeks. Three months later the chair was finally fixed! In that time my wife and I made over 20 phone calls to the "customer care manager" and went unanswered for over a week at a time. Her excuses were, "all of your messages were "staticky," "I get over 300 calls per day!" (a furniture store!). "The parts take 6 weeks to get here because they come from China!" (The factory is in Iowa!) When I called the Indian Land store and asked to speak with Mr. Chuck Tyndall I was told that he works out of the Rea Rd. store. I called Rea Rd.store and they said he works out of the Indian Land. After all the excuses and lies I will never shop there again.!

QUALITY furniture made affordable with great rates on financing!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND I've purchased several furniture items from the Tyndall Furniture family and this is the only place I will buy from in the future. The entire sales team and design team that helped us were extremely polite, friendly and worked with my price range. They even helped set me up with financing at great rates. Their showroom is beautiful but they have an even bigger selection on their website. Honestly, I want it all! LOL I highly recommend.

We just ordered our new living room furniture from Ken. The was no pressure to buy. He was easy to work with and we are very excited to see it in our home when it is delivered in 6 weeks.Thanks Ken !
