After relocating to NC, I stopped by the South Blvd location in search of a living room and bedroom set. Kim Perry was my sales rep. She is by far the best. She was there to answer all of my questions about merchandise and delivery, and gave me advice on how to style my living space with the furniture.

Terrible customer service, I bought a sectional and the warranty, a hole was in the couch through no negligence of my own and my warranty claim was approved. I was told wait 8-12 weeks which was frustrating, but I could handle that. After the 12 weeks I called the store who transferred me to warranty and warranty back to the store. She said I could come pick up a replacement but the new item would not be under warranty AND if I could not pick up I would pay a $200!! delivery charge. Live and learn, but I will be taking my business elsewhere sadly. **Edit** I was contacted the next day and 4 days later they made it right with delivery of a new chaise. Thank you!!!

Great experience! My delivery team JD & Lucas were polite, quick and efficient! Thanks to earlier cancellations our delivery was early and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Thanks Value City our second purchase with you guys and more to come !!!

My wife and I came in on Sunday looking for a new couch. My wife had looked online so she had two she wanted to see. Sheryl took us straight to them and even suggested a few others we might be interested. She was a pleasure to work with and looking forward to our new living room set.

Terrible experience! Purchased a bed and was advised it would be delivered in a week. Day of delivery, received a call that it will be delayed for a week. Day of rescheduled delivery, received an additional call that it will be another week for delivery. Requested a refund and went elsewhere. The furniture store that I decided to purchased from not only gave me next day delivery for free but the exact same bed for a better price than VCF!
