I went in to the store to get a visual of the product I was looking at online. Just because it looks nice on the pictures doesn't make it comfortable or the best choice. I had my Service Dog with me and everyone was great with him. Roger, being a veteran himself, said he would be more than grateful to be our sales rep during our quest to find the perfect power reclining couch and loveseat to fit our needs and budget. Roger is extremely knowledgeable and his professionalism was outstanding. Not only was I able to get what I was looking for, he ensured that I was getting the best possible price!! Thank you for the sacrifices that you gave to our great nation and making it back safely.

I was greeted in less than a minute upon walking in the store. The sales woman was very helpful in showing me the various styles of furniture for the breakfast area. The sales woman even called another store to inquire about another furniture set of a different color.

Our experience was great! Our salesman Jay was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable with all our questions, and made the process very smooth. My wife and I never felt pressured to buy. We browsed the showroom and came back about two weeks later to make our purchase. We were able to apply for financing and complete the transaction in about 10 minutes. There were plenty of delivery date options, so we were able to pick a delivery day that best fit our schedule with no problems. We’ll definitely consider Rooms To Go again for our furniture needs. Note: We have not received our furniture yet as we just made the purchase yesterday (12/27/17), so I will update this review once it arrives.

If there is a next time, I will be sure to ask when something can be delivered FIRST. It's utter arrogance to take someone's money and later tell them it will be weeks before they see it in their home. Real furniture stores tell you up front and if they call you back, it's usually good news. I will update after delivery. As of now, I regret going there. With all that said, my salesperson, Jessica, was a delight (and the reason I didn't rate just one star).
UPDATE: After receiving multiple confirmation calls about when delivery, the loveseat arrived today. Had problem with product. Went back and told them. They let me know that I needed to call customer service. If this happens to you, I suggest calling from there or the parking lot because corporate customer service is totally useless - but the store can't help you until you do it. So back to the store I go and it took some time but the actual people in the store really want to help you. They are all very nice and the reason for more stars.
Bottom line: The people and this particular store are great. Rooms To Go as a company is the exact opposite. The rating is for this particular store's staff - so nice.

Purchased the Alena Daybed for my daughter. Very knowledgeable staff (super polite) and very quick process. Delivery men worked quickly and cleaned up after they were finished. Would definitely purchased from Rooms To Go Harbison again and definitely would recommend to family and friends.
