Whit-Ash Furnishings

I had previously never used Whit- Ash before for our furniture. I was very impressed with the level of customer service that I received! Kay was our point of contact in the store and she is amazing! Jessica in delivery was very considerate and very polite! Mike and Dan were our delivery team. They were very respectful and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service! I was so pleased with this store!

Well, where shall I begin. If there was a Zero rating, I would have chosen the zero. This store has been in our city for quite some time. One would think this alone would entice them to do right. They definitely have a wide selection of good furniture...None of those qualities can compensate for Product/Sales 'Integrity' and Customer Trust 'After' A Sale. BEWARE...This store is Extremely proficient in selling you thier furniture YET Extremely Inept with handling 'ANYTHING' once you receive your furniture!!!! We dealt with sales person Chris. He's very good in ensuring to Get The Sale. Very poor in handling things once his sale is secured. They 'All' pass the buck and blame things on the manager. Look at other reviews about this store that specifically speak on when something happens to your furniture. This store is 'Upscale Bad Business'. I would not recommend to anyone I know personally. You can get better professionalism and integrity with other furniture stores!! Bad Business Whit Ash!

This review is being written two days before I am scheduled to receive my couch and recliner due to the fact that I do not appreciate outright deception. I supposedly purchased a "Leather Sofa". The sofa was labeled Top Grain cowhide and Leather Match. I specifically asked the sales person what the term "Leather Match" meant. She indicated that the seating area was top grain cowhide and all other areas were the next lower grade of leather. I did an Internet search upon returning home to discover "Leather Match" is anything but leather. I should have listened to my BS monitor when she indicated that this specific sofa was probably one of the best deals in the store and she couldn't believe it had been marked down so much for Top Grain leather. Upon further examination of the third page copy of the sales receipt, I discovered in very faint print, the word vinyl, misspelled and poorly written with ample bold print of "all sales final: and "no returns". Considering that I specifically indicated that I wanted and was assured that I was purchasing an all leather sofa and assured of same I can only indicate "Buyer Beware" as these are some very clever scam artist.

Absolutely love our new living room furniture set we bought about 3 months ago! The customer service was amazing, right down to helping us figure out if the couch color would match the paint on our walls. While we spent a little more money than I had wanted to, I feel the quality of furniture is better than other furniture stores like Ashley Furniture or Value City Furniture. Will definitely go back for all my future furniture needs!

we purchased a couch, table, chairs and after 3 years its time to shop again. they Do Not Last!!! we even included the "protection plan" which is a SCAM !!! the repairs consited of "magic marker" and "plastic melted" on to the leather couch. terrible. When you walk in, they are on you worse than a used car salesman, and will only leave you alone to shop if you tell them "here to use a credit" ... then Poof they are gone. Obvious they are only after the $ale and not what is important to the buyer. Im glad there are other furniture stores in town.
