Best Customer Service! We had the absolute best shopping experience here with Alice. She was there when we needed her but not overbearing at all. I can't say enough good things about this store and Alice. Easy shopping, painless and hassle free! I'll be back to make many more purchases in the future! They made us feel so welcome!

My family had a very positive experience when buying bedroom furniture for our 2 boys. Alice was our salesperson and she was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She gave us space to discuss our options and did not try to push any particular product over another. Alice also picked up on our kids names and addressed them by their names. Small detail, but shows that she cares about more than just making a sale. We will definitely shop here again. The service is top notch.

I only put one star because it wouldn't let me put none. Buying furniture here has been a nightmare! The delivery date was over a month out, so we opted to drive to NC to pick it up. We bought a full bedroom suite and living room furniture and had 24 hours to inspect everything and report any problems. Ridiculous. Four of the five pieces we bought for the living room were damaged or not working right. We sent in a picture of the damaged coffee table and they quickly replaced that. Meanwhile, the glider love seat feels like it has a broken frame and the couch controls don't work and a cushion is torn. They told us that they would send someone out to look at these and see if they could repair them. It took almost 2 months to get someone scheduled to come out. The repairman was very nice, but said that he would need parts. I was told by the service place to call and reschedule the repairman once the parts came in. Two weeks later the parts finally show up. I call and am told that they don't have a work order; I need to call the store that I bought the furniture from. We do that and they tell us that they will have someone call. We wait...again. Finally, we call back and are told that we are supposed to call the corporate office. What?!? Every time I talk to these people, I am told something different. Meanwhile, it has been 4 months since I have bought this furniture and it is still not right! And they won't let me return it. They only take returns within 24 hours. I am very unhappy with this experience. Everyone I have talked to has a flippant attitude about the whole thing. I will never buy furniture from Ashley again.

Shout out to Adam, my sales consultant. He was polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. He listened to my needs and helped me pick out the perfect bedroom set. Most importantly he had a great sense of humor, not your typical pushy salesmen. Thanks again Adam, you were wonderful!!!!

Great experience with a special order table with foot stools. Manager David Judd went above and beyond to assure our satisfaction with product and delivery. Looking forward to Ashley in Lexington, SC to fill all of our furniture needs. Will certainty take advantage of the upcoming Memorial Day sale!
