Jordans Furniture

Sales Rep was more interested in knowing my place of employment than selling me a rug or furniture. After repeatedly snd insistently asking where I work she actually stated, "You look vaguely familiar, but I can tell 'you're not from around here'." What difference does it make? Thanks for the "welcome mat"!

Jordan Furniture is the best store in Florence to shop for furniture. The sales person was non pushy and very helpful.

Please do not confuse "Jordan's Furniture Store" with "Jordan Furniture Store" as they are completely unaffiliated which is not known by many as you can pull up both companies together with or without the added "s". The actual reviews I have read directly relating to the actual Jordan Store are terrible. Their sister store in Athens, Georgia is a direct representation of the store here as they have the same procedures. Please save your time and money and do business elsewhere as these people are crooks. They completely took advantage of my friend by lying to her about payments, giving her a signature pad saying it was just to select her furniture when in all actuality they had her signing a contract that she never got to read prior to nor was she aware. They are now trying to get money from her that they don't deserve behind this as saying there is a no return, no refund policy and if you decide you do not want the furniture whether it ever reached your door or not they will charge you 30% of the purchase price. She had no idea of any of this as she was given absolutely nothing to read and review prior to. She was called days later and informed they were not only charging her way more for the furniture but that her payments would be double the price that Carol disclosed to her. She then made them aware that she did not have the furniture and could not afford the influx in price then yesterday she was informed that she would still be charged $320. I have never seen anything like it. We have tried to call in an attempt to resolve this issue to no avail. The staff is extremely rude especially Carol and Mohammad. Please do not allow their fake smiles and appearance as if they are pleasant people, fool you.

My parents and I have bought furniture from here for years. They never rush you, will accommodate you by sending out folks to remove furniture you are replacing in a separate trip from delivery, and if there's any difficulty with furniture delivered, they are quick to correct the issue.
