Aspen Oral Surgery

I had an Abscess and had to have my tooth removed in January 4th! I went in at 1pm to complete forms and asked if I could make a couple of payments! I was told by Doctor no as he has to pay his employees! Yet I went on his website to see that there's a form to make payments! I only wanted to defer paying $419 at once! I had just came out of hospital in November and again in December and had medical and ambulance bills to pay! I just wanted to make two payments! The receptionist said she would check and said they wouldn't accept that! As the abscess was nasty there was no waiting option! I had already seen two specialists to ensure it had to come out! My appointment was for 130 ! I saw assistant was amazing but not until after 230! I was in pain with abscess and anxious! Then I had very brief consult and then I had to wait again! I didn't leave until about 4pm! I paid with $419 on my credit card which I guess isn't a lot of money to some but for me it was! I was offered a complimentary mug, water bottle or sunglasses!

For some irrational reason, I've always feared dental procedures. Dr Cloutier was recommended to me by a colleague, and his approach met my expectations. Everything went smoothly. I really appreciated his professionalism and his great work for my tooth extraction. I highly recommend his clinic.

Dr. Cloutier is bar none one of the most courteous and professional surgeons I have met in the medical field. He removed my wisdom teeth efficiently; the whole visit went extremely smoothly. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Thank you Dr. Cloutier! He removed a cyst and wisdom tooth for me that could have broken my jaw... After explaining the risks clearly and going through with the sugery in the hospital, everything went smooth and way better than I expected with no complications. I extend my gratitude to his friendly staff as well.

I am generally like most people and am not very eager to say the least, of visiting any dental office whether its my dentist , periodontist or in this case an oral surgeon / specialist.Through an emergency visit to my dentist because of some acute pain I was feeling in my lower jaw, it was discovered that one of my lower wisdom tooth's roots had become infected and after he had advised me of a potential problem in the past regarding this particular wisdom tooth, it was at the point where it had to come out, or I would be facing continued pain or further complications. He tried to book me in for surgery with one of his recommended surgeons to have it removed quickly, but his surgeon was unable to see me for at least 2 weeks and this tooth needed to come out immediately.My dentist's office and wife tried to see if we could get an appointment with an alternate surgeon, where Aspen Oral Surgery was recommended and a message was left with their office , as they were closed and it was after hours.Their office called back at 7:30 am the next morning and tried to get me in and made an opening available for 1:00 pm that same afternoon.I had to leave work in an emergency to meet with them for this emergency and was happy that I did.I was in surgery within the hour after I had arrived and was amazed at how well I was treated by all of the staff, but I was especially amazed by the professionalism , skill and efficiency of the surgeon Dr. Martin Cloutier. The surgery went very quickly and they were helpful to offer the nitrous gas to alleviate some of the anxiety that I was having before the surgery.I thought that his expertise was very evident in the speed at which the procedure went and with little pain or discomfort afterwards.In speaking to friends at work, they said that through their experiences , most believed that the better the surgeon, the less bruising and discomfort resulted after the procedure.I had no bruising and very little discomfort afterwards. I would not hesitate whatsoever to recommend Dr. Cloutier. I was very pleased with the outcome and very happy I made the choice to go with him.
