Aspen Siesta

It is unfortunate that I have to post this, but I am running out of options. I have a small staffing business that services long term care facilities in the state of Colorado. I started my business shortly after Covid. We are a small veteran/minority/female owned business. We staffed this facility with nurses and CNAs to the tune of almost 200k and they are refusing to pay for services rendered. In addition to owning my staffing company, I am also a nurse, and I have personally worked at this facility to help with their staffing shortage.I have reached out countless times to Tanya Pantecorvo the owner’s daughter and there has been no attempt to try and rectify this situation. I have expressed to her the extreme financial burden this situation has placed on my small business. I have also expressed that we would accept a payment plan. We have been ignored. I will be reporting Aspen Siesta to the Better Business Bureau and to my local news station to try and stop this from happening to other small businesses. If you want to place your loved ones here, I would just caution you to be mindful. The way Aspen Siesta chooses to conduct business, their future is uncertain.

The owner of this facility has taken advantage of a small woman owned business. They contracted a staffing company to care for their residents and then didn't pay them. As of today they owe the staffing company over $100,000. I would like for everyone to know what they did. They have put a huge financial strain on this small business while they make a profit. It is disgusting!

Worse place ever to send a loved one. I felt soo sorry for each of the residents who were here the entire time I worked. I was hired as a cook but was stuck out on the floor as a cna in which I had no qualifications for. Management knew this prior to putting me on the floor, then they fired me for not having my cna certification. The entire knight crew sleeps the whole knight. And how is CountessCNA wiping patients with those long claw nails, without scratching the patients, and not getting poop under her nails and transferring it to other patients? NASTY!!! There were many nights I worked the floor by myself. Meaning they had someone not qualified working the entire floor, the entire night, alone with all these patients. Smh, no telling what else they are doing. But the safety and concerns of the residents, is not their number one priority.

Aspen Siesta is a 5 star facility. My friend was there for her final days this past spring with a terminal illness. The staff made her final days so much more happier, than ever expected. Kudo's to everyone from Management, Nursing, Kitchen, Housekeeping, etc. to provide excellent care, cleanliness and the best of humanity in all areas. You may find a newer facility, but you won't find this care and compassion anywhere else. My Thanks to everyone at A. S.!!!

We have worked with Aspen Siesta for many years and have found the care to be top notch. All the rooms are private and the staffing ratio is exceptional. This is a small private skilled nursing facility with emphasis on care.

Our experience at Aspen Siesta was extraordinary. The small size led to very personalized and attentive care. The facility was immaculate and the meals and activities varied to each patients needs. We were very fortunate to find Aspen Siesta and would recommend it to anyone.

I am a senior transition specialist for Heart 2 Heart 4 Seniors and I love referring people to Aspen Siesta. It is easy access to the interstate for families to visit. The caring staff is always there to help. One of my go to places! Highly recommend!!

I can't even give this place a star. My friend had a heart attack and because they did not get to her soon enough she passed away within 24 hours. They denied family and friend from visiting people. They often threatened to call the police when people came to visit. It was a couple that came in together and then they separated them so that they cannot be together. They were thinking of moving the family members to a different facility near their family and that is when they started to stop visitors from seeing them. They are a money hungry nursing home. One gentleman had bruises on his arm every time he was allowed a visitor. This is a uncaring self satisfying nursing home. Most of the reviews I saw were companies that partner with them and not the patients.

The Worst place I have ever worked . The ED who hired me " Justin " was only there a few weeks before me and quit a week before I was let go. I was the Director of Maintenance and in charge of life safety. I had an issue with 2 young black girls Ashley and Countess . They wouldn't wear their masks while in the building and I warned them daily to do so. I was let go due to an issue of Race. I am not raciest its a law . Put your mask on ! Please don't let your family stay here ! Go somewhere else !

Me father and stepmom were here until their passing. The staff takes except care of the patients. I have eaten here and the food is excellent. I would recommend this place for your loved ones
