Did a great job extracting blood from my disabled adult daughter. The only part that was a little bit of a concern was the company's system would not let the tech code something the way she wanted it done because she was being thorough. Recommend going online and setting up appointments in advance to alleviate any sort of potential waiting, which is what we do.

I sat in your waiting room for over 20 minutes. No one ever came to the window to acknowledge that I was there. The man next to me was there 15 minutes before I arrived. We both left. I will be taking my business elsewhere where I feel like a valued customer. You need to hire more employees. I would have given your business zero stars if I was able to.

I had an appointment for 8:30. I arrived at 8:25 and was called immediately. Stephanie my tech was both personable and professional in manner. I was out the door at 8:35!

I made an 8:30 appointment two weeks in advance and was the only person in the waiting room when I arrived. At 9:10 I left after they skipped me on the list for other people that came in after me. Worst service I've ever seen.
