I was concerned at the beginning when I read Google reviews but my experience was great. Quick and good service at this little lab. I didn't have to wait a second; I had my blood request done immediately. No pain no mess all was good!

Understaffed, took 50 minutes just to get a drug test. Had to wait with my bladder ready to burst.

Horrible. This used to be a very efficient office. I could be in & out in 15min for my monthly INR test and there would never be more than one or two people waiting. Now I have to try several times a week over the course of the month just to get in. The waiting room is always full and they have one person working who is on their own schedule. So frustrating.
