Ridiculously slow! I have never been to a place this slow and from what I heard from the other complaining patients in the waiting room, it is always like this. I will never waste my time here again!

Went there before work to get testing done. Wait couldn't have been more than 10 minutes and the phlebotomist was very kind to me. I always get super nervous getting blood drawn and she talked to me the whole way through it and did an excellent job finding a vein even though I was dehydrated. Excellent experience!

Strongly recommend making an appointment ahead of time. Without an appointment, you might wait 5 minutes, but if it's crowded, you might wait  an hour or two.
