This store used to be be the best place to buy reasonably priced home decor. Lately though the isles are filled with boxes/trash or merchandise that’s falling off the shelf. In addition there’s been multiple safety concerns- during my most recent visit fire exits were blocked with returned merchandise and there was a notice on the door stating the fire alarm is out of service. Not worth the safety risk to shop here.

I wish I could give this location 5 stars but the staff at check out during the day is just terrible. I was so embarrassed when asking to speak with a manager about an item i wanted to purchase that was DAMAGED. I had previously purchased damaged bins for my medical closet at work and ended up needing more. The night shift or people who close the store were so much more pleasant the first time and the manager was also nicer. The second time I went in my check out clerk said and i quote, "I need an MOD on register one...Same Customer...Same Problem" as if I was creating a scene; which I was not. I love the store and love the products but being passive aggressive with a customer over something so simple makes for a poor experience all together. Whoever works at night after 5pm, you guys are rockstars.

Lots of after Christmas stuff to choose from for next year. My daughter is going to stress her husband out with the choices she made! I also found those special treats that you just don't see everywhere. My sweet tooth won out!!!

Although visibly short-staffed, the staff was helpful and quick when I came in to pick up an online order. If you are looking for something specific, I'd check online first because their stock gets low quickly around the holidays.

A good store to buy home decor both indoor and outdoor and lawn & garden items. A great place to find holiday decor and paraphernalia: Christmas, Halloween, Fall/Thanksgiving, Easter, 4TH Of July, Saint Patrick's Day, etcetera. They also have a selection of housewares including a great variety of picture frames. The store is very large with all sorts of merchandise and lots of stock. Customer service is good.

Store looked like a tornado went in it. Everything out of place, does not look like it's been organized in months. Men's restroom was flooding. Very disappointing from a store I use you love.

Look for that red line to snag 50% off the coolest home finds. I usually go here for a specific thing and end up with 25 additional stuff I didn't know I NEEDED.

This place was literally trashed, I was shocked! Empty shelves and trash all over the aisle floors 15 mins after they opened. I picked up a garland to look at and a used tissue fell out of it. No.

I picked up a water glass that was on the shelf and wanted to purchase it. When I was checking out along with the other items I wanted it was missing a price tag. The clerk tried to find the item on his phone however he could not find it. He called for assistance. Paige came up and couldn’t find it either. In the meantime my sister went back to find one with a price tag. All the ones she found that looked similar also had no tag. I asked Paige to see if she and I could go back together and try to find one. She refused saying she was too busy and would not help .

The place is mind bogglingly huge. The signs could be larger. This store has a lot of nice stuff if your legs don’t give out walking it. The clearance and pillow aisles are a bit messy
