Always has properly filled zones of items for sale. But then there's someone who totally is not me, I swear that will modify the structuring of it, or even completely select ALL ELECTRONIC items in a random row for relocation onto the floor for a fung shui affected shopping experience. That's the best way to ensure the employees are working in an area while you fill out the secret shopper submission form . Why? The shopping apps rate your base pay by how much information is submitted. And direct payments must total 20$ or more for withdrawing. The more you know!
Great customer service today. It was very busy. There were many associates working and happy to help. 10/6 Another great visit to this location for an online pickup order! Outstanding customer service. Target also has a variety of mask 2 for $4.00. 12/19 Another great visit during a very busy time. 08/22 Great visit to this location for school supplies. Awesome customer service. My daughter got everything she needed.
Only lanes open were self serve. I had a huge buggy full of stuff and bags overflowing the extremely SMALL bagging area. Associate just standing there not helping looking at a hand held device. How do you expect a person to scan and bag on the small area when a person that you PAY to do this job has the appropriate work surface.
Target’s Drive Up Service sure saved on auto trip travel time for us! We were near Kennesaw, GA along I-75 on our way to Florida from Michigan and I needed a few items. I had heard that Target now has a drive up service. I ordered online as we traveled along the Highway. It was promised to be ready within two hours, so I could time our getting there. We pulled up to designated pick-up parking #1, and within minutes two charming employees came out with our exact order. My husband, who had kept saying that we should just go in, was astounded. Cars came and went quickly with no long wait. Target sure saved us some travel time!
Andrew was so helpful with getting my pickup order resolved! He went over and beyond by finding another store that would reserve my item! He’s a perfect example of what target stands for
Won't use drive-up at this location anymore. Whoever they had running orders out on 12/14 at 3:45 pm had no idea what they were doing. That or they didn't really care. He came out with 3-4 cars worth of orders and got all the way to the pickup area and turned around and went back inside. Comes back out about 5 minutes later, parks the cart behind us and starts filling every other order while the cart full of stuff rolls into the middle of the road, nearly hitting cars. We were on a tight timeframe and had already sat for 15 minutes at that point, so I ended up having to cancel. I'll just go back later and pick up myself in store. Never had this sort of issue at our local target, even with the holiday rush.
I had an in-store pickup for 2 shelves that were rather heavy and the service here was excellent. Luis was so kind and quick to help me get my order. Josh was amazing and so helpful as well to assist me loading them into my car.
This is one of the good Target stores. This store is well kept and always have items in stock. Staff is very friendly and I didn't have to wait to check out. My experience here was good.
Really nice location with great variety of merchandise and market goods. Great deals and selection of wines although I did not buy any on this trip LoL. Their employees were extremely nice and female security guard at the door was very kind to my children and I.
Pretty solid store and good atmosphere. Pleasant staff that prioritze cutting down wait times at the store front. The store is really a 5/5, but a series of misfortunare events below is why it's 4. I went to grab some wine today due to effectiveness and cost. Had a nice go of it until I decided to get boxers. Had to spend 30 minutes finding the pair I wanted because it was disorganized and all of the sizes were in different spots. Not a huge issue but I was a tad pressed for time and lost some trying to find them. Went to check out and was asked to show my membership card. Told them I use the number and the cahsier said it was fine. It wasn't until I got home that I realized she never sold me the wine I remembered being scanned. I guess what happened was my cahsier meant to ask for my ID, and since I said no, took the item off. I was too busy to go back and had to improvise with my friends, but I understand it's a college town and I look younger than I am. All in all no hard feelings, and ill come shop again, just a little hassle. A truly good store otherwise.
