We bought 2 sofas and a chair from Dan Perry at Havertys. we are so pleased he recommended 1 manual control and 1 motorized control. we have 6 kids and it splits evenly which couches they prefer. Dan constantly kept us up to date on the progress of our order. Cinco estrellas!

My husband and I went to all the furniture stores in the area trying to find a new couch that would seat our family and guests while also still looking beautiful. Right when we walked in to Haverty's we let our sales associate Cat know that and she took us right to the Jenna couch and it is what we ended up going with in the end. We did have an error in ordering that caused us to not receive what we expected BUT the sales associate and manager made it right and expedited shipping to get us the right piece. The delivery and customer service all along the way was friendly and good communication. We love our new couch and will make Haverty's our first stop when looking for another piece of furniture.

Dan Perry was the sales person we dealt with and it was a pleasure working with him and answering all of our question the we had. There was no pressure on making a sale Dan let us walk around looking until we had narrow our choice down to 2 bedroom suits. He printed out all the information on both for us to decide on and if we wanted one to let him know. We did decide on one so we call Dan to meet with him to place the order. Met with him and it was so easy.

My sales and design personnel was patient and attentive to my needs. They knew the inventory as well as the quality / specifications. The Design Center was able to give me a visual of how my furniture would look in my home using software. I highly recommend Haverty's for your furniture needs.

Dan is the man. Never did it feel like he was trying to sell me something. We just chatted like If we were old friends. He listen to our wants, showed us our options. The experience was amazing. Definitely will be back for our next room. Thanks Dan

I would like to thank Dan Perry for helping me select furniture for my family room. I have always bought my furniture at Havertys. I have always received excellent customer service. Havertys has plenty of furniture to choose from. Can be expensive but I look for quality. I have never had issues on my past orders. I’ll definitely will be back in the near future.

Sales people are great here but the delivery process isn’t. I ordered bedroom and dining furniture here on separate occasions and had issues with each delivery. The bedroom headboard arrived scratched and had to be replaced and the dining furniture arrived without the screws, needed to put it together. Haverty’s did promptly replace the headboard but the dining table was a little more frustrating. The delivery team never looked under the table to see that the screws were in fact attached and under the moving cloth that they left at my home. When the second delivery team came to assemble the table, they discovered the missing screws. Frustrating and an inconvenience. As much as I love the quality of Haverty’s furniture, I’m not sure if I will be purchasing again due to the hassle of delivery.
