Wonderful experience from start to finish. We love our new queen size mattress! The Owners are Awesome & The delivery men were very professional and kind. They didn’t get upset because I ordered the wrong sizes and they had to come back twice. We highly recommend Mattress USA.
The gentleman that helped us was not only patient but very knowledgeable about the mattresses also the entire industry. He knew all specs of the top of his head. We got the best deal and customer service. This is the place to get a mattress that is not overpriced.
We were looking for bed frames. The agent helped us in understanding different choices and after the purchase was kind enough to bring the box to our car. We will certainly visit the store for needs related to mattresses.
This place is an excellent place to shop for mattresses. They gave me a really great deal when I bought three mattresses they worked with me really well. They even were accommodating in Tonawanda mattresses for the day for me. All the sales people are very friendly and very professional. Thank you for making me feel welcome and helping me find the right mattresses for my needs.
I'm so glad the mattress hunt is over ! It was alot for my husband & I. Store after store!! We had went to 8 different retail stores in 2 weeks. Jonathan was awesome and helped us make a decision. He knows his stuff for sure. We had alot of questions and he explained in details and was very knowledgeable in his products. My husband had back surgery 8 months ago so we were looking for a plush mattress-in a king. So we finally made that decision. Thank you Jonathan. It will be delivered this Friday! We can't wait.
I've met Big John over a year ago. Back then I was in engaged to my wife who is from overseas so it took a year for me to purchase a mattress. My wife and I have back problems so I needed to get a mattress that will help us. Sure enough, he has pointed to the right bed, qualified for their financing option, and got it delivered. There was an issue with the mattress because my dad tested it out while I was on my honey moon. He did sunk a little but John was able to get me a new one. My wife and I love this bed that he sold us. Great store, Great guy!
Great prices! Staff is very helpful AND very patient. We asked lots of questions, visited the store several times prior to making this purchase. Will definitely use this store for my next mattress purchase.
If you are in need of mattresses, this is definitely the place to go. The customers service is almost unbelievable! Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. They even have a 90 day return policy that they absolutely stand by. Again, if I even need additional mattresses, or know someone that is in the market for them, this will be the only place that I refer them to. In this day and age, this type of customer service is very rare. Great job, guys!!!
Great service. I understand nothing about mattresses and the employee here, Jonathan, was patient and explained everything to me. The result was less stress. I am happy with my experience.
My girlfriend and I recently purchased a mattress from Mattress USA's Kennesaw location. Big John helped us with our purchase and was incredible. Very knowledgeable and low pressure and seemed to be genuinely invested in finding the right product for us even if it wasn't the most expensive model on the floor. We were very happy with our purchase until we got a call from John the next day explaining he had mistakenly sold us the wrong mattress and that the one he wanted was more expensive. He went on to say that the district manager would be in touch to rectify the situation, and overall he was extremely professional and sincere in his apologies. Having worked in sales in the past I understood how this could happen, and so we offered to drive back down to the store and work out some sort of mutually amicable agreement. We were still very happy with Mattress USA and felt like they were doing their best to take care of us as customers. That was until Buddy, the district manager who also happens to be the son of the store owner, got in touch with us. He was the exact opposite of John. Extremely cold and barely apologized at all. Even when we drove down to their Kennesaw location he seemed to barely do anything to help assuage any feelings of ill-will that the situation might have engendered. He did offer a slight discount, but his "best price" was only $100 under what Sears had the same mattress listed for online and not in any way compensatory relative to the inconvenience that this whole mistake had caused us. The kicker to all of this occurred when I mentioned that, due to her line of work, my girlfriend knows a lot of people that might be in the market for a mattress and how he treated her could serve as either a positive or negative reflection on the store. His response to this was not say that he was taking the best care of as possible or to reassure us that Mattress USA is deeply concerned about our satisfaction, but rather to state say that he did not take threats kindly. Basically, both my girlfriend and I came away with the feeling that he just wanted to wash his hands of the situation, refund the purchase, and lose us as customers and so that is ultimately what we decided to do. We were willing to work with them to find a mutually satisfactory solution. We weren't even demanding the original price that we purchased our mattress at and offered to meet them in the middle, but Buddy made it clear that he didn't want to work to keep us as customers.It is truly a shame to see local family owned businesses like Mattress USA and truly great sales personnel like Big John undermined by such bad management.
