I had a bad experience with a bait and switch I advise don’t buy clearance and don’t use their delivery watch your mattresses from time you purchase and have your truck ready to go so that you get what you pay for. My mattress is sunk in and it hasn’t been a year yet beware!!!!

Katie, our salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes when mattress shopping you can run into high pressure, annoying personalities. Not so with Katie, she was friendly and guided us through numerous options. When we settled on Tempurpedic, she helped us refine our selections and get the maximum discount. This was our 2nd bed purchase from Adika in the last month. He helped my daughter find the right king sized bed and pillow a few weeks back. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable so we went back a few weeks later so I could purchase a new queen sized bed and pillow. He helped us make the best decision based on our needs and even remembered us when we returned. We will be purchasing our future mattress and pillows from him, and will recommend him to all our family and friends.

The salesman was great but that's where the great experience ended. My split king and platform were supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. I took the day off and waited. Never showed. The store said that they must not have my order in stock at the warehouse. My sales guy called prior to placing the order to make sure it was all available. So the actual delivery date is changed to Saturday morning. We were the first delivery. Everything came except for the 2nd twin for the split king. I sat on the phone for an hour and the best they could offer was either delivery on Monday or me paying a different delivery service to go today and get the mattress. So, here I sit contemplating sleeping on the hard platform or in my car since I don't have a bed.

Went into the store looking for a specific item the young was very professional & willing to sell me just what I was looking for, because he didn’t have @ his particular location he made necessary phone calls to locate my need. After going to the next location which was only down the street the next salesman was very kind & help me put the item in my car. I’d recommend anyone to go shop at Mattress Firm.

Adika was excellent! We purchased two mattresses from him on that day. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. So patient that he allowed my wife and I to lay on a mattress for 10 mins we thought he was doing paperwork… he wasn’t…. He was waiting on us!!!
