Angel was fantastic! He had a great deal of knowledge about the fabrics, fillings and manufacturing of the products. He gave us space to walk around and make decisions. He was funny and respectful and very easy to work with. We made our choice and he explained everything we could expect. Thank you, Angel! Can't wait to get the new furniture!

I didn’t ask for permission to use his photo but there’s his name tag!! I visited today for coffee table and desk. Ron greeted me and helped me out through the entire transaction. He was so nice! And he wasn’t pushy. Super helpful. Understanding of my current financial situation, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Will be returning soon for a new couch!

Mr. Angel was truly a fantastic associate to work with. He was friendly, allowed me my space to browse on my own timeframe and was extremely helpful/knowledgeable answering all my questions and concerns. My partner and I came in to purchase a mattress and were immediately greeted by Mrs. Wendy who was with us for our whole visit. She was very kind, professional, and informative without being pushy. She was very patient and made sure we were comfortable. Once we decided on a mattress we loved, Mrs. Wendy’s manager Jack came to share info about the mattress protector/warranty. It was a LOT of words and information given very quickly. He then started selling us sheets, even though I told him two or three times we were not interested in sheets and the information was overwhelming. Even still, he included the sheets in our final ticket which Ms. Wendy removed at our request. We had a great experience with Mrs. Wendy and will be back to purchase a couch soon!

The first chairs I ordered were not the right color and had manufacturing defects. Robert, Jack, and Josh all provided extraordinary customer service. They were patient and helpful during the time it took me to select replacement furniture. The new furniture has now arrived and the chairs are well-made and the correct color. Although a couple of bumps were encountered, my experience with rooms to go has been excellent overall.

Went in today just to look at living room sets. Ken met us at the door, we told him we were just looking for now, he showed us how to navigate the showroom, his name, and just to find him if we needed help. I expected pushy salesmen like I’ve dealt with in past but he didn’t feel that way at all. The showroom is set up in an easy to navigate setup and there were plenty of options. Ken checked in periodically and was so personable, it made the whole experience much more comfortable. We ended up buying a set and he was so patient with us. Not to mention, he’s hilarious. I would 100% recommend this showroom and if you go in, ask for Ken!

Alan was such a great help! I just purchased my first home and was looking for furniture. He wasn’t overbearing and gave me an opportunity to walk around the store to search for things on my own. I was able to show him photos of my space and he gave great advice for which sofa configuration would be best. Overall it was great in store experience. Will update again once my furniture is delivered.

The assistant manager Karen was absolutely amazing. She listened to our concerns and assisted us with selecting a great mattress. She was very thorough and showed us several models to get a feel for what would be more comfortable for our son as far as firmness and durability. She was very knowledgeable of the products and in the end we selected the tempurpedic. Very happy with our selection and the customer service. The Allen's

What a great experience in furniture shopping . I couldn’t have done it without help from my awesome sales rep Reshawn! He is wonderful to work with and does his job in finding out exactly what you are looking for and explaining and answering all your questions. Thanks to him, my new living room will be delivered next month on the day I picked. No having to wait 3-6 months or longer and getting all the pieces I chose is a wonderful thing! Thanks again for making this experience a pleasant one!

5 star service today! Ken was an entertaining guy and REALLY knows his stuff! I guess after 31 years he has perfected this process. We came in a few months ago looking for theater chairs and that's when we met him. We didn't end up buying at that time because there was nothing there that met our specifications; however, his professionalism, humor, and expertise caused us to seek him out today when we needed a sofa for our newly finished basement. We knew exactly what we wanted, and wanted KEN to get the sale. He still taught us a few things even though we had our furniture picked out already. Ken is our guy whenever we need ANYTHING from rooms to go!
