Georgia Patio

It is so, so rare in these "post pandemic" days to find *any* retail establishment staffed with people there who 1 actually *want* to help you 2 who *know* what they are talking about 20 + years of experience and.....3 apply absolutely *no* pressure as far as sales are concerned. This was truly a unicorn shopping experience! Lisa and Matt are great. I got my stuff home, and went back the same day to get more!

Prior to going to Georgia Patio, I called to make sure they had the Green Mountain Grill in stock. Since it was Memorial Day, I asked if they offered any military discounts. The gentleman I spoke to said they normally don't, but would be able to discount taxes. That was more than good enough for me. During the checkout process, I brought up what the gentleman mentioned to me. I received all kinds of looks from the sales associate and others. They all looked confused and mad because I asked for the discount I was told I'd receive over the phone. Talk about making me feel like I am a liar. I told them, check your phone records, I called this morning prior to opening. If you have cameras, you can check to see who answered the phone. They actually checked to see if I called. Honestly, just very distasteful and unprofessional. They almost seemed upset with me because I didn't want to purchase any of their overpriced furniture.

I was working with Jerry and he was excellent! He was not pushy but very informative and helpful in guiding us towards our ultimate decision. They had a lot to choose from there and have very high quality items. It was a pleasure shopping there and I look forward to all of my patio furniture coming in 6 weeks!

My family always comes here. Matt will make sure you get everything you buy as fast as possible. Went over and beyond to make sure everything was right. Even drove over on his day off to fix something for us. Definitely worth paying for quality furniture especially when you get the same quality customer service.

Simple, not cheap, very top shelf products, and they don't have excess sales people hounding you - but worth the time and money. We had a great experience with Matt after waiting on him to complete assisting another customer which we didn't mind. Reading some reviews, some people have nothing else to do but complain. Our chairs, fire pit, etc are top quality and delivered and set up properly. One warranty issue was evaluated by them would expect nothing less and replaced two days later. Our highest recommendation and now 5 of our neighbors have purchased from them with our recommendation.

Georgia patio is an excellent place to purchase outdoor furniture. If you're looking for great customer service and a staff that know the product definitely go there.My last purchase was from a outdoor furniture store in Charlotte and I reached out to them being that I purchased from them on my last purchase but I decided to shop around in Atlanta and thank God that I did. I called Georgia patio and Matt answered the telephone he was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and polite which lead me to visit their showroom.Matt customer service exceeded my expectations and their prices are unbeatable.I got the best of both worlds at Georgia patio.They have a great selection and the store is well organized. Trust me, don't waste your time shopping elsewhere. Thanks again Matt for a great buying experience!!!!

I appreciate good customer service and the staff here always provides a great experience. We bought furniture for our front deck four years ago and it's holding up great. It's now time to replace our older furniture from the back deck so this is the first place we stopped to do our research. No pressure from the staff to buy right now. Just an overall pleasant experience.
