Not open. At all. While everyone else is. There's no footprint here. Its the size of a bathtub. If you coughed here it would only have space to stay in your mouth. Multi billion $ company cant even afford to represent in the world trade center. Sad my $ is wasted on people who won't even gloat about it. Might go to Verizon haha
Showed up to pick up my online order hours said it was open no one in the shop, waited an hour no one ever showed. Phone numbers for the store go no where, just a recording that says the voicemail hasn’t been set up. Why was this the only location the online order could be sent to?
This was the easiest, most pleasant experience we have had in an ATT store and that is saying alot because we live in a small town where great customer service is the norm.
Very helpful folks at this AT&T store, Omar and Jay really went above amd beyond to help me out! You guys were tha best:
Small and cramped but friendly.
