This T-Mobile location is one of the best. The manager Anthony and his team was very patient with my phone needs. Anthony even went above and beyond by calling me as soon as my phone arrived to the store. They are all very polite and I look forward to visiting again for my daughter phone.

I have had professional service from the staff. The staff is well knowledgeable about Tmobile products and service. The staff took it's time with me when I had questions.

This is the ONLY T-Mobile location I go to for all my phone & accessories needs. I've been going to this location for years, Karini & the staff always greets you with a bright smile. Whether you have just a general phone question or a question on any upcoming promotions, the staff is always helpful and knows their stuff!!

Giving 2 stars because the young lady that was taking care of me was patient and very helpful. But, the gentleman working with her was quite unprofessional and "ratchet"! I felt disgusted by the way he talked to the clients and the lady helping me. I never felt so uncomfortable in a T-mobile store. Would rather walk to Maiden Lane.

Got my awesome Note 10 from this location and the experience was first class. Karini is an amazing manager and it shows with her staff.

The worst customer service ever. I wish T-Mobile does something to evaluate their employees, I'm certain many of them will end up unemployed.
