Great selection of furniture, not so friendly associates though...service is awful at the front end. Only nice people who work here are the warehouse people

Bought a sofa set , tv console and a coffee table side table set, spent a little over 1400 , dont even live in ri but because i liked the staff i bought from here and picked up and moved the items on my own. Issue with the frame of my month old couch so i call them, first woman i speak to tells me she has to leave a note for the manager because its a manufacturer issue so he will have to call the manufacturer and they will send someone to my home to fix it , tells me the manager will call by wed. Maybe an hr and a half later i get a call from the same woman saying they will fix it in their location BUT i have to bring the couch to them, the couch is huge and there is no way its making it back down the hallway to get out of my house so i explain this and ask to speak to the manager, this woman then tells me there is no manager to speak to , that he left a note for her and that the manager NEVER CALLS only they call customers, another woman gets on the phone and tells me how they are trying to help me out but in reality, they will get paid to fix my couch so theyre making out annndddd i am losing out because i will spend money to get it to them by having to rent a truck to get it out there. So my couch is not actually being fixed for free since im coming out of pocket. So i call the manufacturer and they tell me they pay the people to fix the couch which includes if they have to come to the house so for gas and travel time and so on and so forth , so really this company is just trying to save a buck of their own. i then call the store and leave a message for the MANAGER to call me because i need to see documentation saying that they are able to fix my sofa and that the manufacturer is saying i need to bring it to them and i have YET to receive a call nor have i seen any documentation. I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME THERE AND WILL FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO BUY FURNITURE WHEN NEEDED AND I SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE SO THE SAME

On 10-19-2017 I purchased a (rebuilt) queen sized mattress and box spring from Atlantic Furniture in Pawtucket, and I didn't discover until the next day that it had BED BUGS!!! Unfortunately, I cannot return it or get a refund because the receipt says (as is) no returns or refunds.. So I will NEVER buy anything from there again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.. In fact, I plan to go on social media and let as many people know as possible about my bad experience with them..

Awful service. Incompetent workers who refuse to take accountability for NOT doing their jobs

They are not very helpful and when they delivered they didn't even pull in the driveway had to go to the street n had to take one piece off the truck ourselves. Very disappointed would never shop there again
